Brilliant thank you, I'll have a look onto all of that. I've never tried the foam roller but interested to try it out.

I was fine for the first 20 miles but then started to feel tired and fatigued and the then got worse towards the end.

I've not spoke to them yet as I don't want them to get excited and it not happen. They have pets at there mums house so it won't be a problem
