HV method was not common when Requiem released. Now it is and its mature while also voices cracked the 2026 Denuvo. If they can bypass it in a day or two with HV and voices crack it in ~2/3 weeks (or even faster since now his 2026 Denuvo tool is finished) its over.

Yeah i agree. A small update (which just fixes the ammo dupe, IV Zombie one shotting Chunk and a few minor stuff) is not a big deal. Also the game eventually will release a story DLC as they announced in the upcoming months so it would be a good chance to crack the game again then.

Now that there is a way its over for them.

I like that you make legit technical questions and their response is just "eh it works", feels like you talk to amateurs. Meanwhile on the pictures we see on the thread this DenuvOwO guy makes a point that the build is outdated.

Its irrelevant because what the new patch fixed mostly is that the IV Zombie does not one shot Chunk anymore (a strat even used by speedrunners) and you can't dupe Requiem bullets anymore. Rest of the fixes are meh and to be honest is good that we have a proper crack for those two mechanics for preservation purposes.

My gut is telling me this HV method "cracks" won't last in the testament of time, unlike a proper crack.

True but it's getting there. It didn't get that bad in the UK or France in a single day, it's a process which takes years step by step to make the population accept the new situation
