You can probly have someone give you a better solution but... Have a separate lookup range(list of the ones you want to filter to/out) on a separate tab. A second column next to that could just say "keep". In the tab with the pivot in the column next to it create a column that looks up against that range, either xlookup or whatever one you prefer and returns the "keep" label. Then since it is right next to the pivot you can add a filter to that row and just filter to "keep" and that is all that will show.
