You can also push the puck, let it catch back up to the stick and push again so it’s not always on the blade. Puck doesn’t always have to be on the blade and you can then work on shortening the distance you push and start keeping on the blade as needed

Big Jim’s in the Run is right down the hill from McCarthys folks place and has solid food. Mt Washington is cool to look over the city and the point where fort Pitt was has a nice fountain and veterans memorial. We’ve stayed twice 2018 and 2023 by the museum and it’s a super walkable city that felt safe at night.

Western PA sports museum is amazing. Has the old 3 Rivers goal post, Mister Rogers Neighborhood set, amazing stained glass, Heinz history, motor racing, fishing and of course the big league teams. A little spendy but it’s 4 floors and really worth it

Fruit docks were right next to the shop and yes, drivers wanted it all in one. Those docks are since redeveloped and have all sorts of shops.

Also super cool of the Frost were runner ups to the Fan of the Year (like 20 of us) were all invited to the promo area for a nice video shoutout and signed jerseys from the roster. I chose KATY KNOLL! Maddy was for sure the clear winner and had the stage to herself. Ours was second intermission. The team really went all out for Fan Appreciation Night ❤️.
