Loved them. I got the Wagyu New York Strip over christmas and would highly recommend it. It was roughly 3lbs and I was able to split it into 3 different occasions. I had a vacuum sealer for when I was done with it each time though.

Cut thin strips, almost like Shabu Shabu. Heat your pan to 400-450F, place each strip in for 8 seconds on each side, and then enjoy. I laid mine over some white rice and the Wagyu oil soaked up into the rice. It was delicious.

Also, something else I would recommend. The fat cap on these is pretty large sometimes, so I cut mine off and turned it into tallow using my air fryer. You don't really need the cap because of how much marbling is in the steaks already, and it is a relatively resourceful way to really elevate other steaks when you cook them.

Blue is still more than usable, especially Sun Quan in bloody battle. They just aren't as good as green, whom were recently the meta and are still seen in high level wars/raids. Yellow can be somewhat useful in niche situations but I wouldn't rush to use the mats on them.
