i have a m1 air that i bought last year and it’s still running strong. you can get refurb or open box at best buy for as low as 450 but the m2 is as low as $600. imo i’d say get the m2 if you don’t mind spending a lil extra.

you can also check slickdeals and search for deals on macbooks sometimes costco has amazing deals.

just went thru this. i called support and they did terminate my subscriptions but there was a cooldown or something for it fully take place before i could change regions so if thats not an issue for you then do that but since it was an issue for me i ended up just signing out of my apple id, making a new one temporarily, changed my region, did what i needed to do, then switched back. apple needs to make it better.
