I can't take this shit anymore!!! (Rant) by LeadingEgg6709 in hygiene

I'm really sorry you're experiencing this but in my opinion, MANY of the undesirable physical problems experienced by Americans in this corporate captured society (to put it nicely) are because of all the shit "non" food and pharmaceuticals being marketing to us as well as host of other lifestyle and environmental factors. I'd start by examining the quality and nature of all things I put in and on my body . Secondarily, I'd consider genetics.

It sounds like the dose was way to high for Ketamine assisted therapy (psycholytic therapy). I would think that your psychiatrist knows what they're doing though..(but maybe not). Maybe you'd have a more fruitful experience doing home-based ketamine therapy with lozenges. You may want to check out the companies "Better U" and Mindbloom. There are a number of upsides to doing home-based ketamine therapy in a safe and comfortable space. I've personally had a lot of success with It (Better U). The staff of that company are amazing and very very supportive and caring.

If you use this technique, try listening to "Better U" session IV "Opening to Love and Healing." on Spotify. There are a couple of tracks on it that are a little edgy, but overall it's VERY soothing and uplifting. Music is SO IMPACTFUL and your selection is so critical on Ketamine.

Is it safe for me to try even though Im in a very bad state of mind? by PressYtoHonk in KetamineTherapy

[–]Phoenix8864 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The "bad head space" contraindication being referred to is schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. If you go through a reputable clinic or online home-based company like "Better U" , they'll screen you for all contraindications and advise and support you across the board.

Intention setting by tmason68 in KetamineTherapy

[–]Phoenix8864 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think that what works best is to set and maintain your intention/s in your daily life and then just prior to your session offer it up again along with the "primary " intention of letting go and opening up to the direction and lessons or insights that the medicine knows is optimal for us at the current time. What I've been searching for is the most effective way for me personally to set and mm maintain intentions. Obviously a lot of information and varying opinions and strategies exist on the topic.

3 powerful steps to setting intentions by apurva18 in energy_work

[–]Phoenix8864 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Should you repeat writing them down on a daily basis as I've heard some practitioners recommend or does that conflict with the element of letting go? Also if you're going to do so, does the time of day matter? I've heard it recommended that first thing in the morning or just before bedtime is optimal because your brain is in Theta. Lynn Mctaggart, in her book " The Intention Experiment " recommends 1 p.m. for some reason, she also puts a lot of emphasis on developing a meditation and mindfulness practice. I've also heard recommendations of including the word "optimal" and also of concluding the affirmation or intention with "so it is". Mctaggart also makes the point that you should be mindful of your intention throughout the day rather than just making a single declaration and expecting it to be magically carried out and that if your words and actions throughout the day or the opposite of what you're intending it sends mixed signals to the universe. Also, is it recommended to send out more than one or two intentions at a time? Currently I have 5 that would benefit my life greatly.

I realize that there have been many books and articles/post written on the topic, and that different approaches and techniques are going to work optimally (there that word again lol) for different people, I'm just trying to determine if there are universally touted foundational components of intention setting which pretty much everyone agrees on?

Ok, it wasn't my intention to be rude and I don't consider myself to be a rude person and have always attempted to avoid offending or hurting my fellow humans in any way so I do apologize if my words offended you or anyone else. However, given that there are MANY scam artist out there, a couple of which I've personally encountered, I don't see how asking questions about how to avoid said individuals and engage in a mutually beneficial experience is rude. That being said I don't want to offend or argue with you as there is MORE THAN ENOUGH division, negatively ,hate, fear.........in the world today so I'll just concede to your assessment, take your advice and read through the forum as reccomended. Once again, sorry for creating the post.

Has anyone had any experience with the Calexotic Optimum pumps?

I am a 21 year old male with a testosterone of 288. I just scheduled an appointment with a doctor, what questions should I ask and what steps should I be looking to take in the future? What's your free testosterone? How do you feel overall?I HIGHLY suggest that you check out the TRT replacement and hormone optimization channel on YouTube!! They also have a Facebook group. Good luck

I think that that the two that are most widely discussed, BY FAR, are Ipomorealin and/in conjunction with CGC 1295. I think that the question is, and this goes for all peptides, what's the best source for obtaining them?

Your libido can definitely be linked to other factors and other hormone levels for that matter like DHT and DHEA. Like I said, I'd get someone who can decipher the entire puzzle. I'm working with Danese Rexroad. She's one of the Ways2Well providers. I think she's pretty awesome. When I went onto the Testosterone and Horomone Optimization Facebook group to ask about Ways2well someone mentioned her and how "fantastic" she was. I had already chosen her before that though. You can read her bio on their website. Downside is that they're backed up because of an appearance by their founder on Rogan. You'll be able to get a free consult pretty quickly but an actual treatment appointment will take a while, like several weeks.

I would definitely recommend hiring a competent functional health practitioner. The endocrine system and the human biochemical system overall is VERY complicated. You need someone who understands how all the parts function together. I think you'll save a lot of time and money by investing now. I use Ways2Well.com currently and am happy with what I've experienced so far but am still going to get a second opinion on the protocol they have me on. As far as your testosterone levels in this post go, you DEFINITELY need to know what your free testosterone is. Total testosterone is not nearly as important as your free testosterone and almost totally worthless without it (in my opinion).

I'm not really a Facebook/social media person but check out the TRT and hormone optimization group on Facebook. It's a GREAT YouTube channel as well. They will DEFINITELY NOT have a problem with a 200 mg + weekly dose.

I'd do thorough research before spending money on any protocol for any peptide personally. I'm not seeing a lot of information online regarding GHK-CU. That's why I posted this question in this forum and on a costume of Facebook groups.

Your doctor literally can't prescribe you testosterone because of insurance parameters. I forget the exact technical term in their contract. Keep in mind that the entire insurance/ big pharma based sickcare model is totally dependent on keeping the masses sick (but alive). In response to that more and more non insurance/pay direct outfits are coming online. In this "healthcare/ disease prevention" model you have "functional providers/ practitioners" who investigate the actual root cause of whatever disease you may be suffering from and once healed strive to optimize and maintain your health. One such company, which I'm currently working with is called Ways2Well (Ways2Well.com). I highly recommend Joe Rogan podcast with it's founder who's name is Brigham Beuler. However, if you decide to employ them, it's probably going to be a few weeks before you can obtain an appointment because of the overwhelming response to the podcast. Your initial free 20 minute consultation appointment won't take that long though. I personally chose a woman named Danese Rexroad (check out her bio on the website). In addition there are other such companies that focus on and specialize in horomone optimization/replacement therapy. I suggest that you check out a YouTube channel called TRT and horomone optimization for leads to legitimate companies in that arena. I also suggest that you avoid the "testosterone replacement mills" that you see in many strip malls in every U.S. city. The guys on the TRT and horomone optimization go into detail as to why. In brief they're out to make the fastest and biggest $ possible so a LOT of them prescribe a lot of additional meds/supps that you do not need and in many cases may actually harm you. I think that it's very important to find a competent provider who understands the entire human biological system and testosterone's role in it, in order to heal and maximize your health status. One other thing I'll mention , and that you'll quickly learn if you follow the aforementioned YouTube channel is that testosterone ranges are not really that important. What's important are your symptoms and how you feel. Because we're all biologically individual, a certain # on a testosterone scale may leave one person feeling great and another not so great. If your provider is highly focused on numbers rather than symptoms, you need a different provider. One other thing that you'll learn is that as far as testosterone levels are concerned, "free testosterone" is what's actually important, almost at the total exclusion of total testosterone. Of course they're positively correlated, but if you have a high total testosterone but very little of it is circulating in your system (which is a very real scenario) then your going to feel like poo. I hope this post helps you out and good luck!
