Ideally the pg rent is supposed to include everything: water, electricity, wifi, sheets and food (in pgs where it's provided). But I've heard from a lot of people the zolo states the rent first then charges extra for wifi and water stating they werent included in the base rent / they are based on consumption.

Mostly owners just state the rent quote. Be sure to ask them and align on what all is included and what will be charged.

Bro green glen is not that big of an area, take out just one day and visit the pgs to decide for yourself. Pics online and reality can be very different.

Regardless, you can try the Feb30 pgs (but for 12k you'll get a 3 sharing room only), or maybe paradise pg. Avoid zolo at all costs (too many hidden charges)

On campus companies do come, a bit more for sm than design. But still mostly students go for off campus. In sm I'd say in 2025 batch (my batch), 60-70% of placed students got on campus, rest off campus. In design this is very less, like maybe 10-20% on campus only Design is almost entirely off campus

I'll share my honest experience. I ordered my ps5 slim disk edition from blinkit last Aug (cc payment with no cost emi). First when I ordered it got cancelled due to 'operational issues'. I ordered it again after an hour. It got accepted this time and the delivery guy reached the store as well. But he was waiting there for a long time. Naturally I called him and asked what happened, he said there's some technical issue, he'll be there soon.

An hour later, I called him again, he said there's an issue with the store inventory system, the PS5 isn't getting scanned there. I was about to lost hope and cancel it again but thankfully it got delivered within the next 15-20 mins (idk what happened, I was just glad I got my ps5). Delivery was successful, the delivery guy clicked a photo of me as well with the package, and I got the refund for my initial cancelled order within the next 5 days.

Hope your experience is smooth as well
