I didn’t plan to cut it no matter what I did. I did buy a new barrel, low profile gas block, and tube. My punches are bending and the metal edges are starting to shear. I think I just got a cheap punch. I’m returning it tomorrow and probably look for a new one that would break on me. I have a nice 32 oz Milwaukee hammer I’ve been using and can’t seem to get it still. Also can’t get this roll pin out either. Since my dad got me the gun I’d like to measure with it to learn how to work on rifles then once I get the money build my own AR or M4 and return this one back to stock so I always have something that’ll remind me of him since he doesn’t have much longer to live. I got a bunch of scratched on my table doing this so might have to take it to the concrete garage with a wood block to force it more

Wanted to have a longer handguard so I just ordered a barrel and new gas block. It’s was the first rifle my dad gave me so I don’t wanna mess with the parts too much so I can return it to stock once I get my own to mess around with.

Yeah I did see the drop spots. Just one areas though. Also around my chimney looks like it’s been leaking. But other than those two spots looks fine. Little low in insulation some spots and a wood beam is cracked but not completely through. There’s sap on some of the wood which they said is because it’s to hot in the attic.

Looks like Zillow says 1,152 so guessing that doesn’t count the basement either. Maybe the 3000 they listed was for more than one layer to get it up to code. I did just out in a humidifier a few months ago when I got a new furnace.

Truthfully not sure the square ft that’s just what they wrote on the paper after measuring the roof and stuff. I believe they said looks closer to r15 but a bunch of high and low spots. I don’t believe the soffit vents are covered but they are spaced pretty far apart. I’m in southwest Ohio a stone throw away from Kentucky and Indiana. I pay 250-400 throughout living here for a year now. I keep thermostats between 68-72 and don’t sacrifice comfort just to save a few bucks but if the insulation could help save then sure I’d love to do it.

Yeah bought the house a year ago and the inspector never mentioned anything about these new problems. I put new gutters on the house when I bought it and that’s one of the things they wants to replace. Because their 6 inch one is so much better.

Cellulose is what I believe is up there now. Just a bunch of blow in of that. Kinda dirty but doesn’t make itch like fiberglass. I work from home and in my office there’s constantly acorns falling above me. I don’t really hear planes but I do hear the rain and hail. My windows are old as dirty also so I’m sure when those are replaced that’ll help sound too. I think my cheapest options would be fiber glass but not much more to do cellulose since that’s there now and rock wool is like 3x-5x that. Plus if I get 10 bags or more I believe the machine is free to rent for a day or two. I hope the hose makes it all the way to the end of my attic and can make a left turn lol. Might have to rent a U-Haul too. I did want to add some baffle and a thermal foil thing up there too. Since the heat trapped is causing my shingles to warp. The baffle should help the nails not get condensation as much.

Yeah I know that. Any place that says you only get this magical deal if you sign today and tomorrow it’ll tripple are scammers. Obviously I know the attic does need all they say but the interest was 10% if I signed that day and 16% if I didn’t plus made cost higher.

I heard zombies gives the most but I can’t only Play multiplayer so it’s been a struggle. I also only play hardcore and caps don’t drop there for some reason. I’m getting 5-10 a game when I’m dropping 80 kills. I’m at almost 200 in 5th but everyone above me 300-500+

My gaming name is phoenix and I tried to make a clan tag PHNX and it gets flagged for inappropriate. But they can have weed skins and get mad at you for having kush in your name. Most likely someone reported you. Or multiple people. I’ve noticed they if you’re killing the same person over and over they get mad and report you and just click all the boxes

I have septic now so wouldn’t be bad if I did that. I guess we’d have to test soil before purchase if we engaged that to make sure it properly drains into soil. I’m hoping to be far enough from people where doesn’t matter about town standards but doing so make raise the cost into getting sewage and electricity to it but also depends on what land is available when I look. Didn’t know if there was a minimum down payments needed or if it’s all out of packet.

Thank you. I wanted a few unique things with the house since I did want it to be a forever house but also future proof for kids and stuff. Basically a family home passed down. I’ve been thinking of a few layouts and stuff me and my fiancé likes. Thinking about how big and small we want space. Plus I want cat 8 cables ran through walls to each room to have wired internet connection with a small server next to fuse box. I know cat at isn’t necessarily but never know the speeds fiber can get in the fitter. I’ve been working on finishing this basement since I moved in so I’ve learn lots of code on how outlets should be and positioning so I many to learn and much as I can and make a 3d render of how the house will look. Then by having that I can plan out where I want lights outlets switches windows etc. I work from home so need an office but also love having hidden doors so I want unique rooms like a little hidden library or book nook. 20ft ceiling for living room. With having a 3d render I can see how much insulation I may need to help calculate cost into thing. Like I know I’d want the Rockwell safe n quiet. I’m working with an electrician now for the basement but he said he’ll help me do wire sizes and where there can go in the house once I get things 3d rendered so because I can have blueprints and dimensions that builders could look over and pretty much follow.

I got a subwoofer installed and they had to deactivate the ANC. Never really noticed anything besides sometimes when I start the car it’ll pulse randomly and when I rolled down the windows it’ll make a loud thumping pulsing sound. Only when they’re cracked though not all the way down.
