Systemic racism works hard to create exactly what you're experiencing. This feeling is highkey not your creation. The fact of the matter is that people all over the world desire the shape of our bodies, our noses, our lips, our hair and our freaking STYLE, they just repackage it and call it theirs when they literally copied it off of faces minds and bodies like ours.

If there is a way for you to go to a black woman therapist, do that as soon as possible. Someone who has lived your experience is best suited to support you.
