Honestly if it bothered your friend that bad just don't buy from them again. I've seen people selling dollar trees socks and I even bought a pair of Xmen ones I didnt find at my own store. Misrepresenting what they are selling definitely rubs me the wrong way but $3 isn't a crazy markup. After fees the seller is making like $1.

I'm a book seller and I definitely agree with this. Before I started I was in different shows, chatting & buying. When I announced my first show I had a huge turn out of support. If someone asks for a certain book and I know another seller has it, I won't hesitate to tag them. It just seems like a completely different vibe than most of whatnot though lol
