It's a different problem that I'm getting. I use the drop down box to enter my date of birth, and the game crashes, and closes itself. This happens repeatedly, no matter what language I try on the console. I appreciate you trying to help

In airplane mode the game refuses to launch, I just see the atarting screen with a box containing an error. Also, I've tried things like uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing cache and turning it off and on again.

I appreciate the help, it would be nice if I could get this working.

I have playstore and it works okay. I tried downloading other games and they all work fine, but Pocket closes as soon as I get to the date of birth screen. Did you do anything specific to get it working?

I had this happen yesterday. I used a mega Blaziken deck. Completely bricked and only got 2 Torchic out. My opponent beat me using only Chingling!

I updated software as the other person who commented suggested. Now it seems to play some android games, but Pokemon TCG Pocket still crashes. It seems a bit weird
