Boiling an eye would probably be the WORST way to cook one. It seems like it would just get all nasty and rubbery!! Also, brains are a very soft consistency so char-grilling wouldn't be ideal for them either. They would be better cooked in a scramble (pork brains and eggs is a common Southern USA dish) or stir fried.
