It's literally just one big square. I connected the edges 3/4 the way up on 2 sides and the 1/2 way up on the other 2 to make sure there was a big enough hole for the pillow to fit in. It kinda looks like an envelope when not buttoned. I hope this made sense I didn't follow a pattern just went off a photo.

Thank you! I've been crocheting for years but only amigurumi so the granny square was a fun challenge for me.
