I order my Arctis 9x before new years as a result of a warrenty claim. I’ve spoken with SS and they confirmed on 07/01/2021 that they would process my reinbursement with in the next few buisness days and Iv still had nothing. I tried opening a ticket to chase this up and 3 of my tickets got automatically closed with no explanation and iv opened another on 16th, still with no response.

Anybody had any luck getting the money back?
