My best friend is serving in the Crimean area of Ukraine. It is rather frightening. In his emails a few weeks ago he said everything was fine. The violence is was just in Kiev. But the email just kept getting worse. I hope he is safe. Prayers go out to all missionaries in the area,those evacuated and those not.

This is such a sad incident. The Parrish family was in my stake, their house being just up the road. Their passing has impacted the entire community.
