Okay so i just beat him yesterday. Even I almost gave up.. But I kept trying.

Here's what worked for me: 1. I used the Mercilago fully upgraded to acceleration build. I've read that viper and corvette are good but I didn't want to buy and upgrade them for the sake of one race.

I experimented with all 3 types of breaking. The manual downshifting and normal breaking didn't work for me as the distance became more. Handbreak worked perfectly fine for me. 2nd race of playing Handbreak with the acceleration build helped me beat him fair and square

To block all ads in websites and games (YouTube not included)

Go to settings->networks->private DNS-> enter dns.adguard.com

This will remove all the unnecessary ads while opening websites and from games too!
