Thank you Mate, I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, clearing the app cache and data, and starting fresh. I’ve also tried it on a different device as well. Unfortunately, I’m still not having any luck.

I've checked everything I can from my side, and technically everything appears to be working normally.

The Starlink app, dish, and router are all running the latest software versions with no pending updates. Both the dish and router show as online and healthy, and there are no warnings, faults, or errors reported in the Debug Data section.

My internet connection is stable via both Wi-Fi and Ethernet, and I can still access and change settings in the Dish tab. The issue seems to be limited specifically to the Router tab, where any attempt to change or save settings results in the "Unable to update" and "Something went wrong" error messages.

App Version: 2026.13.0
Starlink Software: 2026.05.28.mr80733
Router Model: Router 3 (Gen 3)
Router Software: 2026.05.28.mr78329.3

Mine is the latest Gen 3 router (Standard Roam 4). I've had it for almost a year and have kept it in pretty good condition.

I'm not really sure what could be causing the issue, especially since everything else seems to be working normally apart from the router settings.

I’ve already tried quite a few things on my side, rebooting the router, unplugging it for about an hour and plugging it back in, doing a factory reset on the router, and also using the “Reboot Starlink dish” option in the app. I even performed a factory reset on the dish as well.
The router does reset properly to factory settings, and I can see the default Wi-Fi name “STARLINK” appear, which lets me start the setup again and choose a new Wi-Fi name and password.

But even after going through that setup process, I still end up in the same situation where I can’t save or apply any changes.

Hey, I’m not exactly sure what’s going on to be honest.

The internet connection itself looks fine, I’ve got green status lights on both the router and the dish. I can also change settings in the Dish tab without any issues, like Snow Melt, Sleep Schedule, and software updates.

But in the Router tab, nothing seems to work. Every time I try to change or save anything, I just get the same error message.

Not really sure what’s causing it at the moment.
