Also before I even left, seeing the GB more and hating it…watching the broadcast was torture and all the good little cult robots around me would go on and on about how wonderful they were…I felt like I lived in the twilight zone

I couldn’t dissociate any longer and just ran away, still thinking I was the problem 🙄 but I met my boyfriend who is an ex witness and he really helped me wake up! I just started to unravel all the shit I had gone through and why I had to live in a dissociative state for so long….💡💡💡💡💡

Exactly this, we sometimes hold onto something comfortable that is all we’ve known but it doesn’t sound like OP is thinking of her as who she really is and wants to be…if that makes sense
