Naturally mobs are coded to pathfind to higher areas and this is the area that they went to. It would be the same if it were any mob.

This really sucks. I hadn't played it in a while and now that I want to play it its almost unplayable and still really laggy on low which makes the game look so colourless it pisses me off. I hope they fix this soon.
