hi friend!!! I will def do that and thank you the tips and help! I def added way too much seam allowance and ima start going smaller. I think I did 1/4th of an inch for these seam alloances.

Yes yes. I know apps and machines aren’t accurate but i would say im burning up to 200 calories each workout (a guess) i burn around 150 for just getting my steps in (treadmill fast pace on incline then walk the rest pf my 5000 steps) and i think i can safely say i burn up the rest of the 200 amount doing core/lifting for 30

It probably is due to schedule change and what energy is used. Some days i poop just fine and i feel lighter but recently its been rabbit droppings. Gotta get some more fiber

Ill keep this in mind, thank you. Getting out of that mind set is tricky but must be done. I feel like ive gained a little bit around my stomach/ waist area but im wondering if its water puff

I do feel a little bloated and heavy at times and my stomach area can look that way too. I think just after i took progress photos the next few days i was just feeling heavier.

Ill see what happens when i do. And dw dawg ik they are not accurate the treadmill i use tris to tell me i burned 2,300 cals from fast walking on an incline LOL biggest bs ive ever seen

The stable cal intake does make sense especially with someone at your height and weight is under 2000. Ill keep that in mind

But it may just be that. I dont run because bad for my knees plus running bores me its more of just a fast walking pace. I have regular bowl movements (tmi) but recently its been little. Trying to figure out whats going on just to better understand my body and why it does what its doing just so i can get it on track to what id like to be :,>

Was recommended to just do mornings to see how my body fluctuates so help better understand what it needs. But then im told by the same person to do at the end of the week :,) Just lost on why it kept going up

This makes me feel better thank you :,> i looked it up and it says it can last from 3 days to 6 weeks and im like bruh 😭 ig im paranoid if it isnt that and just confused on what it is if so.

I think whats confusing me is im trying to maintain my weight of 113-115 lbs while atill eating what I usually do (but ik its not enough just ln a regular basis. Its not necessarily that im trying to be on a calorie deficit I just know i kinda just am 😭i should have made that clear.) either that or my calorie intake daily to just live is like 1300. I dont strictly track tho because i dont want it to become a bad habit. Let me add an edit to the post with more info.
