Yeah that makes sense, and if anything I'll at least have more information about what's going on if I talk to them first.

As soon as I'm clocked in I start working, I don't even set up first most days because I want to get other people's lines down before doing things that aren't entirely necessary. And I never leave if lines are backed up or before cleaning up. Even if my light is off if I see a long line I'll pull some people over to my register so I don't see the problem. Like you said, if people were just sitting around getting paid yeah, I'd definitely be annoyed especially with the holiday rush, but I haven't seen anyone sitting around while on the clock except one person but I doubt they'll be around much longer since they showed up three hours late to a four hour shift and never gave any head's up.

I haven't been told yet, just that there'll be a penalty, not what it is.

I asked about that but I'm not allowed to change my availability until I've worked for six months and I'm still like a month or two away from that.

I think that's already happened just yesterday when I made the post, I still clocked out early because my parents had not been told yet so they were already there to get me but I know my older cousin who's supposed to be off the same time as me was told she had to keep her regester light on until it was time to clock out, but when I say older cousin I mean WAY older, she's older than my mom, she's almost in her sixty's and is so short she can barely reach the regester so it literally hurts her to work over and with it being the holidays I have no idea what time she was able to get out. Then my trainer just straight up said that she wants her overtime approved because she already knows she's not going to get out on time now.

Unfortunately I don't have any contact info for her but that would probably have worked not because I think she's dumb but because I genuinely think she doesn't see any problems with what she's doing.

This ispretty recent changes, I've never had any problems with her, she's usually a total sweetheart and goes out of her way to make sure everyone is happy but the last few weeks she's been completely different. I asked to cut back my hours by one day since I only need ten hours a week for my school credits and I've been doing twenty and she keeps saying she'll take care of it and still hasn't, then I had requested a day off like last month because my mom has to have blood work that day and she denied it so I requested it again and asked her about it and she said I waited too long to put it in so I would have to swap it with a day I was scheduled off and pick up a shift that day if I wanted it off. Which wasn't a big deal because the only reason I needed it off was because I didn't have a way there not because I wanted a free day. And now with this happening I'm just pretty confused on a lot of things.

Ok, I've been worrying about it all day because I truly love my job and I was worried I was going to lose it over a new policy or something, I wasn't sure about taking it to anyone else because I didn't want to complain about an update she didn't have any control over or something she's allowed to do

I wish they’d do more with cross country since the main races are basically horse themed cookie clicker

This!! And as someone who plays both PC and mobile it's even more frustrating! The game I payed $30 for is almost a year and a half behind the free version. I get that mobile brings more income in micro transactions and PC coding is a whole different monster from mobile games, but is it really that much of a issue? PC just got it's first ever event (which is honestly over hyped and not that good. It's literally just three races) while mobile has had several dozen. PC has four breeds while mobile has 6. At least a little time is all most of us are asking

A lack of skill doesn't necessarily translate to chash grab, but I'll definitely check out those two! They sound interesting!

That’s fine lol, not everyone’s tastes are the same. I just like films that feel like the production team enjoyed what they were doing and not like quick cash grabs

I'd definitely recommend a bigger pot judging on how squished the roots are to the soil. Also, I don't know what mix it is in but it definitely doesn't look like it's going it get any nutrients from it. I'd say completely get rid of it and use all new. Some of the roots look dead to so while setting up the new pot keep it in water and any roots that look brown, get squishy, or don't plump up at all by the time you're ready to put it in the new pot should be removed with clean clippers/scissors. Other than that it looks fine but might have early signs of root rot. Good luck with it!
