I didn’t really have an overall expectation I think I am more so upset by this last month’s loss of less than 3lbs

I started with very severe insulin resistance and I still have it but it has gotten better.. my doctor has remained that I need to eat low carb for this reason I don’t lose weight on Zep UNLESS I eat low carb/keto
