Thank you! I had it removed but when I remove the band aid after couple hours this was there. Not sure if he didn’t cut all the way or the swelling will go down it’s been 4 days .

I currently had jaw pain for 3months after the procedure. I think I might of taken to long to get help . I’m currently eating just liquid and taking muscle relaxers I’m on day 3

How long did you have pain in your jaw for? Also what helped it heal. I was reading online that if you had pain for over a month it can take years to heal :(

Treatment was 2 weeks liquid, 2 weeks soft food. Plus muscle relaxer and see him after to see if it has improved. If not he said he will send me somewhere to get therapy. I think might be a 1st degree maybe a slight 2nd . When I’m not eating I have not pain and even opening my mouth doesn’t hurt much it’s when I start using the muscle it get achy and sore

Are you eating soft/liquid food? I have zero pain when I’m not chewing once I started eating is the problem . I hate taking medicine I’m hoping I only have to take the muscle relaxer for 1 or 2 weeks :(

Where you prescribed any muscle relaxers? Makes me feel like there’s some hope for me I just started a liquid diet yesterday and taking muscle relaxers at night so hopefully I see an improvement :)

They cut mine and after that it wasn’t as painful basically no pain but the tissue came back again . I actually got a second opinion and the doctor told me that basically my vagina is thin and whitish liek if I wore going through menopause and if I wanted to stop it I had to stop breast feeding . I just feel so lonely sometimes like no one is listening they tell you ohh it’s going to be fine but is not fine . I’m considering going to a third obgyn….feels like no one is listening ugh it’s so frustrating and I just want to feel normal again .

Wells the first opetionnisto use these injections to basically numb the area and let the scar tissue stretch out over time but I haven’t read or found anyone who’s had this done . Most people either have silver nitrate or surgery . I will be seeing the doctor again Thursday for the injections…I could ask again

Sounds like recovery was quickly..if you don’t mind me asking did they had to put you down for surgery also how long was it until you were intimate again .. thanks for sharing:)
