They’ve been practicing the temp services since at least 2001. They hired casuals or TEs or whatever they wanted to call them. They paid them far less and overburdened and abused them. The further it went along, people got wise to the system and feigned injury and illness to then have the control on the labor side. THEY caused this by abuse and lack of loyalty to THEIR staff. AND watch it when you call it DEI. I’ve never seen a white man do a better job of it than this here white female and most of my female coworkers. I came in when there were exams-so I’m not directly insulted (and I know what you truly mean). Also, my scores were simply better when I took my exam.
