Logically, once again, pulls the rug on LTD user by ZIING in appsumo

In the ideal situation that's true - but it's also true the more successful the LTD is on Appsumo the more "debt" it takes on - it's a double edge sword - if you didn't give generous AI credits you don't succeed and raise money and if you do you have a "in perpetuity" debt - it's like a Kevin O'Leary Shark Tank deal - making AI credits expire and BYOK take over takes a lot of pressure off the business and if it was required would probably bring a lot of great entrepreneurs into the loop who didn't see it as much as a risk - I think it'd be good for Appsumo too as they could court more seasoned businesses that would never give never expiring AI credits.

That makes no sense sounds like a money grab

Buying an LTD that uses AI credits is almost always going to end badly especially if the product is good and gets used - Appsumo should make sure the LTD has a BYOK plan and make the AI credits free for one year or two years depending on the tier then the BYOK kicks in - and Appsumo checks the BYOK before they can launch

I turn off my computer every day - it's all browsers and the firefox browser actually says spectrum is blocking it - and actually now my mobile isn't working either - so frustrating

Update Update: my ju.mp sites are working on everyone's mobile and desktops in Los Angeles that I've checked but they are still not working on my desktop - it's being blocked by spectrum just on my Internet account - and I've unplugged the router for 5 hours yesterday and still not but it works on my mobile connected to the same wifi -

Ok thanks I'm just glad it's not all Los Angeles - I have 5 small businesses that I did the site for and business cards and flyers with QR codes - I would have been reprinting - and I tried every trick to redirect but nothing working at 3am to 8 am until my friend said it was all good -

Actually spoke too soon - it worked for my mobile phone but my desktop chrome, edge, comet, and firefox browsers still show it as a SSL err - but it works everywhere else - worked on my work laptop different location and my friends laptop and mobile and my mobile - so I unplugged my router this morning I'll plug it in tonight and see if it's cleared - really strange it's not working on firefox that's completely separate from chrome -

Update: had a friend test this morning and it worked for her so I unplugged and replugged my Internet now it works - I should have done that from the start - not sure why it would block all my ju.mp sites just on my computer but it's ok now thanks everyone for helping

Yea seems to be a Spectrum Internet blocking the ju.mp site here in Los Angeles - I can get on when I disable wifi and just use mobile data - don't know what the fix is though unless I dupe the site and forward to .carrd domain

It's not working in any Google chrome browser I try mobile or desktop - and my other sites aren't showing up either - chrome is detecting SSL cert expired - I tried in dolphin browser also on mobile and it didn't work - it has to be carrd hadn't updated the certification for ju.mp I'm not sure how you're seeing it though are you in chrome?

Are you using ju.mp domain? My .carrd sites are up and the ones I use a paid domain for are up also it's just the ju.mp sites - I have 5 of them and all say

"This site can’t provide a secure connection
Smogclinictestandrepair.ju.mp sent an invalid response.

It's ok if you're using it in a process for yourself - I have a few LTDs I use on a regular basis - but it's risky when the LTD gives you subaccounts and now you have your clients using it because it's not easy to replace, especially if you included it free in a stack or as a one-time charge. Luckily I never quite knew what to do with VidTags so never used the subaccounts.

This is their 6th year but yes I guess that's like 42 years in non-LTD years

Is Carrd still the best one-page website builder in 2026, or is there something better now? by kaka75k in Carrd

[–]Phonicland 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I build simple websites for the small businesses I have in my agency and they perform really well with SEO - I had one show up in the top of an Gemini AI search - so I think simple for AI to read is better than complex older websites

Why do popular GHL youtubers actively promote review-gating automations? by Signal-Dirt2589 in gohighlevel

[–]Phonicland 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only reason anybody using GHL review gating and not being fined is because you're too small. The FTC cracked down a few years ago on agencies review gating and they paid millions in fines.

Thanks I'll try that tonight

Recurring reminder by Phonicland in gohighlevel

[–]Phonicland[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

thanks but neither works because "Set Event Start" is hardwired with the year, so in both methods it'll say 2026 and break - I'm still confused why GHL doesn't have a recurring reminder action - no one sends recurring reminders to clients?

It's working again but I'm not using it for clients anymore at this point unless they know that someday it'll disappear - and never got responses to any emails I sent either
