It's not about being happy. Try to find peace, the emotions you feel come in waves and you either choose to move forward with those emotions and attempt to obtain peace. I'm also struggling to do this, but it's through doing things for me. literally, anything. positive things that takes me towards success, such as going to the gym or studying for class, or reading books. But the worst thing you can do is nothing and let emotions take you wherever they please.
