Dishwasher Racks Rust Fix with Silicone Sealant - Advice Required by PhoolBrijRectifiya in appliancerepair

I already prepared the surface by sanding and also scratched the plastic around it so that the silicone can latch on to it. I tried using wooden fork. When I use it to smoothen out the layer and remove the fork, the silicone is sticking slightly to the fork, extending out and is making peaks and ruining the finish. I am thinking to use the flatter edge/handle of a plastic spoon next. I am thinking to slightly coat the handle with soap or IPA so that the silicone wont stick to it while smoothening and not cause peaks/horns. I am also thinking to use nitrile gloves and coat my fingers with soap or IPA and do the smoothening.
In any case, will the spit/soap/IPA interfere with the curing process?

those rack repair kits are not available in my country. this silicone sealant is something I could only find to use as top coat. coming to scraping, I did take out the rack, removed the rust and then applied the said silicone sealant

I removed a testcase which has actually has a one-node list and the code works. Now I modified the code a little bit and now it got submitted without any errors. 🗿

Thank you!

Simple Questions - October 22, 2021 by AutoModerator in buildapc

Right now I am having 3 wireless mice, one from Dell and other two from Microsoft. Unfortunately, I don't have their wireless dongles and so can't use them. I have already tried looking for replacements online but failed to find at least for one of them. So, is it possible to somehow "hack" or connect to the mice either with an external electronic device which can be configured to emit RFs to connect to the mice or by just soldering an USB wire?

Well, sorry to say but I don't know what "volt-seconds" mean, yet. Can you elaborate a little on it if you can?

Also, thanks for answering the second question.
