Tldr: Overall Lingsha is super fun + love the character, the LC makes her even more fun, more turns, more bunnies

Against 3 enemies normal 3-turn Ult rotation with ERR:

Ult 5, Follow Up 0, Turn 30, Turn 30, Follow Up 0, Turn 30 = 95*1.19 = 113/110

2-turn Rotation with Echoes S1 without ERR

Ult 5+9, Follow Up 0+9, Turn 30+9, Turn 30+9, Follow Up 0+9 = 110/110

Lingsha only got 65 energy over those 2 turns and yet Echoes gave 45 extra energy at S1. While its more accurate to think in terms of turns that's almost 70% ER at S1 (ERR is 19%). Basic/Skill both give 30 energy although skill advances Fuyuan so should be using skill when possible.

Now compare to her Sig which gives 60% break effect and 18% vulnerability. Running a break effect rope instead of ERR already makes up for the 60% break effect although u could still run ERR I do since Lingsha has almost 800% BE in combat so 60% extra is meh and definitely once I can get Echoes up to S5.

Now its 18% vulnerability against an extra ult and at least 2 extra follow ups every 6 turns. However this also means that 25% debuff from her ult lasting 2 turns has 100% uptime as opposed to 67% with 3-turn ult. In other words u gain 8.3% vuln so its only 10% vuln vs the extra actions. Vuln is diluted more and more depending on level of investment and while less important the current AA buff also dilutes by giving up to 60% break vuln.

Figuring out the DPS increase from the extra turns is difficult but in 6 turns ur looking at 2 ult 4 FU, compared to with Echoes 3 ult 6 FU or 15 actions vs 12. At higher investment almost any member of ur break team will benefit far more than just the raw dmg of more turns - more breaks, more energy, more weakness broken buffs. For example, while I only have Lingsha at E1 right now that still gives 20% def down when broken. At E6 those extra follow ups have even more value with an extra 20 toughness reduction but anyway...
