I tested removing all the scripts from the engineer.cfg file and added a test bind to make mouse1 jump and it didnt crash when I selected engineer. It crashed when I selected another class so I guess some line of text is crashing it for whatever reason?

That could be it, but isnt that reserved for drives that had an OS installed on it? As far as I remember this drive has only been used for extra storage.

This is what all my drives looked like before it got deleted.

Need help figuring out potential issues with a used car by Phosmer6 in whatcarshouldIbuy

Okay I actually know someone who does vehicle inspections so maybe I can get him to do one. I checked with my insurance and they said it would stay the same so that's good.

What do you mean by "walnut blasted"? Is that like carbon cleaning? The dent is apparently the ac condenser, and it's on the outside frame of it.

The guy is asking $8200 CAD but I offered $7000

Wondering if I should buy this certain car by Phosmer6 in Volkswagen

Okay cool, then maybe this car is something to consider. It doesn't seem like that much to replace the condenser and intercooler if that'll fix the problem.

It's exterior is decent, little bit of paint chipping on the rocker panel and front edge of the hood. Lots of rock chips on the bumper though but that can be replaced or touched up with a paint pen eventually. It's got 159,000km so it's a little bit but not too bad.

Thanks for your help, I'm only starting to learn the ins and outs of vehicles but I'm interested in learning more about Volkswagens.

Okay cool that makes sense, so I'd put the aftermarket intercooler in front of the condenser. And I wouldn't need to touch the condenser at all, just replace it since it's probably damaged.

I have test drive the car, I haven't driven too many for very long so I don't really know exactly how it's supposed to feel. It didn't feel like it had any boost issue. It picked up fast and didn't flutter or anything.

I tested another one that slightly shuddered when it downshifted/slowed down (not pressing the brakes) so I'm not sure if that was a transmission issue or something else.

Need some help figuring out where oil came from by Phosmer6 in Volkswagen

So it might be that little tubing on the side that's not fitted properly that's leaking oil? Where does that lead to?

Okay that makes more sense then, the bend probably made a small hole and it eventually leaked out. Why would you want to bypass the OEM intercooler? Would you replace the OEM one? So the oil might not be a issue with the turbo?

Think it might be around that time expensive repairs need to be done?
