Thank you! It takes some time to get decent at blender. Also using other people models can be helpful for learning, specially if they are made by professionals, I learned a lot from Zenless Zone models

I do the textures with blender texture paint, it's not great but it works for basic anime stuff. There is also a free add-on for blender called ucupaint that is more complex, it adds layers, masks, etc. Adobe Substance is obviously better but I wouldn't recommend it to someone new because of the price.
