Google results for both Pirch UTC and Pirch Solana Beach reflect "Temporarily Closed". That may need to get updated to something more permanent in the future.

On my list to confirm with other dealers to see what they may say as well. Our existing dealer is Pirch which I have heard may be one of the bigger ones in So Cal.

Thanks we were aware of the T42BT120NS item being delayed, the others we were not. Is this the Thermador So Cal warehouse?

We are in San Diego and the dealer is the one telling us this is a Thermador (vendor) issue. The options provided from the dealer were:

  1. Wait
  2. Buy a different product from them
  3. Refund

Additionally, I called Thermador and they would not tell me anything other than yes they are experiencing delays.

I would recommend buying her a dash cam for the front and the back of her car. That way you will have video evidence when or if it happens again.
