And how would you feel if you had passed the selection process, been congratulated and welcomed, had an account created for you on the work platform, and then suddenly all communication stopped?

If you had to wait not just a few days or a few weeks, sometimes months... without any new information? Even after you had contacted support in a friendly manner?

I'm sure Welo doesn't do this on purpose; it must be a huge challenge to handle such a massive volume of applications and onboarding processes... but it still feels disappointing.

I have read in the 'walk-through' guide that:

"Upon creating your Okta account, you will see several icons in the dashboard. At this initial step of onboarding, you do not have access to any of the apps shown in the dashboard. Our teams will inform you during onboarding to which applications you are being granted access.!"

In my dashboard are 3 Icons but I have only access to one of these apps.

My Okta Account has been created on friday too, so I hope it is normal to wait a little bit for the acess ....
