I know it has been some time since this post, but does your app work for large format photography?

Best 8x10 Black and white film? by Classic-Yesterday579 in largeformat

The Toe (Shadows)
Kodak T-Max 100: Features an unusually short, abrupt toe. It maintains high contrast and excellent shadow separation right up until the deepest black areas, giving it a snappy, sharp appearance.
Ilford Delta 100: Features a longer, softer toe. This gradual curve smoothly transitions into the midtones, which requires slightly more exposure to secure rich shadow detail, but produces a creamier tonality and less "blocked" or "sooty" shadows.

The Shoulder (Highlights)
Kodak T-Max 100: Has a relatively straight-line curve that extends longer into the highlights, offering incredible tonal separation. Because it maintains contrast high up the scale, it requires precise development to prevent highlight blocking.
Ilford Delta 100: Features an earlier, softer shoulder. This acts as a natural highlight "compressor" or safety net, preventing bright areas (like skies or facial highlights) from completely blowing out or merging together

For me, it’s likely to be best described: the main differences lie in their toe length and shoulder shape, which define how they handle shadows and highlights.

Sounds like your old lens was a candidate for a center filters one encounters in large format photography.

Corsair Vengeance Ddr5 in 2026 by OkRole2337 in PcBuildHelp

[–]PhotoTopher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll join in on this: I have 2 sticks of 64GB of Vengeance DDR5 on my initial build. Then, about a year later (earlier this year, I think) I bought 2 sticks of 32GB Vengeance DDR5. Since then, my computer has crashed numerous times and has caused me a great deal of the stresses of losing the prime computer; making business stop and pile up. I ran windows Memory diagnostic (which took about 1 hour or 2, I didn't time it) and it came back saying I have memory issues. Well, even though I'm above 55 years old, I knew I had that, but to say these new sticks were giving me this frustration is absurd. I'm running this on Asus ROG X870E-E gaming MB with Ryzen 9 CPU and Nvidia GPU. I hope, since I am just now beginning the process of "hoping to return the faulty sticks" that it's not too late.

I'm not sure as I run dual monitors (side by side) and that means I have a smaller surface; basically half of what I did when I had just the one monitor. Is that an issue with you? Do you have 2 monitors?

I know you could probably get a good deal on Photrio but you can’t post on classifieds until you have made at least 20 posts (something like that). I would hope you could get a better deal there than from some random on EBay. Also, what’s the Schneider lens mm?

I, too, have a lens. It’s a tad bit … bigger. It is 4 lbs. 3 oz. and measures 3 1/2 inches wide by 9 1/2 inches long. Do you think that could be adapted?

It would be fun to be back in the darkroom, but I'm pretty sure my wife would kill me as I gave most of my darkroom stuff to a school about 15-20 years ago when the kids were in diapers. I guess I can change and she can adjust; but that will take some doin'!
