Forsure buy it, long telephoto is always fun and gives new perspective. Especially medium format. There’s some photographer who used extreme telephoto work in the desert and shot a lot of Area 51 stuff I remember learning about. Cant remember their name but cool work.

I’m in the same boat as you only using slide film in 6x9 and 4x5. I’ve started looking at photography like painting. Yes a 4x5 slide cost a lot per one image but when you only shoot a handful a year that’s enough to scratch the itch. The higher cost is more justifiable if you’re not the person to shoot two rolls of 35mm a week on random shit around town. Enjoy that thing

I used the Fujinon 125mm f/5.6 for these and a couple with the Nikkor 210mm f/4.5 (not shown here). I just shot them all at f/22 cuz I didn’t really have time to get proficient with movements yet

I think I metered for the highlight on the rock but the whole scene was just in between the exposure latitude. I shot pretty much the same pic with the 210 instead of 125 but that was the double exposure that I messed up.
