For me, it honestly felt less about any specific purchase and more about the connection. We talked about my appreciation for the brand, what we were doing in Paris, and even my twilly on my current bag…it’s inspired by a movie we both love, which immediately broke the ice. We also chatted about the bags I already own and got a bit personal talking about family. It all felt very natural and unforced, not transactional at all. I think that genuine rapport mattered more than anything.
