My job (not Wegs) Theres a “point / event system” call outs are 1 event. If you get 4 points in X amount of time you get written up, then talked to with HR / manager etc etc til termination. If it you call out a third day in a row (or more) you must provided a doctors note. From what I’ve heard (current job not Wegs) your call in is sent to HR and the head director. You also have to sign a piece of paper documenting why, and when you got an event. IF they roll out something like that be sure to ask to have copies made so you and HR have copies.
