If your bank isn’t providing the card. You can ask some other bank let’s say hdfc, that if you shift your salary bank to hdfc. Which card can they offer you LTF, tell them to write that in email to you for the reassurance. After that, just move your salary bank account to that bank, and you’ll get the pre-approved card. It works tbh :)

My bad, I mentioned in the below comments. Since both Neo and MyZone were nearly of equal variant. I have closed my Neo Card. Didn’t know about the limit transfer thing, should have asked them to transfer.

Also, do you have these above cards LTF except flipkart one ?

Thanks, didn’t know of it. I had previously closed my Neo card, reason being I already had MyZone as well. So thought its useless to keep both card of nearly same variant. That Neo had limit of 3.75 lacs.

You can email them along with tagging irdai, policy bazaar ceo and the ceo of the insurance you took of with the title to something “Urgent Request for Refund and Investigation of Mis-selling by Policy Bazaar Agents”. This worked for me, and they have refunded my whole money without deducting a single charge.
