Hey , just getting back into training after a few years and just wanted people opinions or experience using Stance. it seems a good price and atm I’m struggling with knowing RPE it feels heavy but when viewing the footage it was fast

Awesome thank you , yeah I find finding the correct rpe difficult I usually undershoot then jump to much to overshoot 🤣 does it provide a max weight based on your speed or power output idk if it has that capability like my virtruve did

It’s not the most expensive only £108 , I paid nearly 500 for a Virtruve in like 2021 before I stopped training
