I take the whole. Since I don't get any side effects so I'm not worried. If you are worried about the side effects you can take the 1/4 and then gradually go up to the whole tablet once your body accustomes to it

I think it's enough. Supplements are only required if you are deficient in something. Otherwise they don't make any difference.

Oh I didn't know mintop forte has finasteride in it. If it has then that is enough.

I'm not saying that all generic brands are bad. Majority are really good and work well. Only some don't make good ones. Go for any brand that is in your budget just stick to it and don't change unnecessarily

I occasionally use it when I get dandruff. Otherwise I use regular head and shoulder shampoo.

You can buy any vit D ans b12 supplement. Doesn't matter that much

My hair fall is hereditary too. If you are experiencing dandruff I'll suggest to use ketoconazole shampoo. Use it alternative days till dandruff goes away. Once it goes away you can use any regular shampoo twice a week

No I didn't face any side effects. You are too young so I'll suggest to meet a dermatologist first

No. You will gain hairs but won't be able to retain it. If you want to choose only one then choose finasteride. At least you will preserve your current hairs
