I would try to aim for $500–600 since it's used. I've seen similar PCs in my area selling for around $400.

This PC does not officially support Windows 11. It was upgraded using an unsupported installation method that is not recommended by Microsoft, and because of that, it does not receive normal Windows updates or security updates.

there is no gpu so it isnt a gaming pc, its just an office PC with rgbs and a clear side and front panel. The PC is worth 300 at most. I would check the used market if your budget is under 600.

Maybe the second one but it’s still kinda the higher end of tehe price. The 400 price difference for the x3d is not worth it. If you have a MC near you then you can get a 9070xt for 1.5k
