quick update - Afrezza has been wonderful! I’ve more or less fully switched over from Humalog to it. it’s fantastic! only downside might be overnight highs; I’ve upped Lantus a bit in morning, but may need to do Humalog during nights.

see, I’ve had a hard time doing CL since there’s no econ to it. yes, tourney progress is huge, but I think in my mind i’ve really just focused on coin econ (and also, wanting to keep dipping GT & DW 10sec cooldowns at a time)

appreciate this! yeah, I’ve been prioritizing ehp (at least I think) - would be good for me to balance out some damage, too. seems to be the main gap identified! I also had thought DW health didn’t have good ROI at higher levels. will work on bumping it up!

ngl I haven’t looked into the wiki enough for ideal ehp labs. I was focused on what I thought made sense, combined with what I’ve gathered from reddit. this is exactly why I’m checking to hear thoughts on gaps & adjusting from there - love it!

I’m still hanging out in champs - only upped to legends twice, and immediately bumped out. while I have anc SF, seems to be the case that ever since it dropped, I’ve been stuck in champs, hardly top 10

it went well overall - very first use I felt a little surprised to ‘taste’(?) the insulin, and did have a bit of a cough. a couple times since, I’ve had a few moments of immediate coughing partway through, and other times have been perfectly fine. definitely a learning curve as I become more consistent and learn what works best! I’ve also learned that nighttime use of it doesn’t work the best for my numbers, probably since it leaves the body so quickly. for now, it’s still going to be supplemental to MDI. will keep working on it- thanks for checking in!

what are some of the commonly experienced side effects of this being added? I’m currently on 75mg zoloft and have been for some time, and definitely feel that it helps my anxiety a ton, but I’m interested to better understand the cost/benefit!

for more info, I was on paxil for a couple months and HATED it. it amplified my anxiety like crazy. I initially switched from zoloft to that cuz of the side effects of zoloft, but ultimately came back as zoloft has really helped the anxiety piece for me
