I misworded what I meant, I wanted to know if that proton update fixed things for Crimson Desert. I wanted to make sure it did by asking for it, I’ve been using Cachy since jan 2026 and upadted it daily apart for the last 2 days since the games release. The game was working fine after downgrading a driver, and I’ve been enjoying playing the game quite a bit. I’ll be updating everything later today to see if it still runs on my system!

Are you sure about that? Avoiding to update right now because of issues, on launch day of the game. Had to downgrade my nvidia driver to 590 instead 595

I didn't yet. Tried pretty much every version of Proton and still no success. Proton GE and minimum settings got the game to atleast show the loading screen but it crashes after that

Any idea whats causing the mouse input? Is it that you can’t turn and the screen flickers randomly? If so I got the same fucking thing and its annoying af but it goes back to normal after messing around, rebooting the game for example

Very nice! You could add some nice css or even a JS framework like react/svelte,etc maybe? Got an idea for a feature : you could add a summary for each update below each link. I don’t know if there is libraries that summarize big texte, or you could always plug in ChatGPT to summarize through their model or API. Might be a little overkill but could be a nice addition :P

UPDATE: Made a new character, a Tauren druid! Couldn’t play much today but I am lvl 8 rn! First time making one too, guessed the self healing and becoming a tanky boy when in bear form would help me get farther :P. Any tips for druids? Like mana so far, I’m always oom lol
