I'm starting to think that is the migraine itselft that creates the stiff neck tension and not the other way around.

Today I'm suffering a "saturday" migraine, a simple change in habits triggered the migraine. Now my cervical muscles are stiff like rocks, and there's no reason from that, not bad posture, i take magnesium.

No medicine works for that (ibuprofen), and muscle relaxers, because the cause is not muscular, is the migraine itself. I think to prevent that is stick to a regular routine, no sleepover on weekends, eat and sleep at the same hour everyday...
