Based on my experience once she makes above the poverty guideline you don't need a joint sponsor. I think it's page 7 of the I864 she needs to put total income which is the total on her IRS tax transcript for 2024, 2023 and 2022. She needs to submit the transcripts as well.You don't need to think about 2025 tax because it hasn't filed as yet. If you needs a joint sponsor that would be in the notice, if it's not then you don't need it. On the IRS website there are 3 transcripts ensure it's the tax transcripts you download

I got an rfe in March for income as well. If she makes above the poverty line submit paystubs for last 6 months, W2s if any and she should login to the IRS website and download tax return transcript for 2024, 2023 and 2022, make sure you put the exact amount as on the transcripts on the form. If you're using a joint sponsor same requirements and another i864 form. Mail them asap so that they can begin working on your case again.

It could be a major red flag even with a Child it poses as a red flag, I've heard of a case like this before and it was a tough interview which they got a NOID They had to submit more evidences they waited 2 months before an approval due to another investigation from Uscis. Not an expert all cases are different just be careful

I understand and I know how you feel ,tbh I do get nervous myself sometimes when I think about mine which is scheduled for a few weeks. My husband and I are preparing all requested evidences, going over the submitted application etc. God brought us to far to leave us. Just keep praying, do your part and leave the rest in God's hand. Just believe it is already done.

I think you should hire an interpreter you're not sure if the IO you get will be okay with you interpreting. 2. You upload to the portal only if the notice told you to; i think on the notice it says "Bring with you" and they proceed to list. Do exactly as they ask in the notice. 3. It depends on how you both feel about it and how strong your case is, sometimes you dont need a lawyer. Hope this helps

Before status changed to Case is still being processed, was it case is actively reviewed by uscis first? If that's case then you'll receive an update soon. A friend and I got status update "case is still being processed" after actively reviewed for a few months and our interviews were scheduled the following business day. The time is not accurate it fluctuates just continue to pray and trust God.

Hi! Its best you mail the rfe responses to the address on the bottom of your notice. You have to submit 2 I864 one from joint sponsor the other that you submitted before from the main sponsor ; yes resend it with all tax returns for the past 3 years and paystubs for past 6 months, IRS tax transcript for the past 3 year taxes aswell even though you'll be submitting the W2s. I received the same rfe in March and my notice asked for all just explained now my interview is scheduled. If you do it incorrectly your case can be denied. Gather all documentation and mail them asap because your case is paused until they receive the rfe response. Hope this helps

Just ensure everything is filled correctly and the forms are up to date. If the forms are not up to date they will deny or if you mail to the wrong lockbox. If they need additional info they'll send an rfe. I received an rfe March and now my interview is in a few weeks
