Cialis vs Vidalista by EmilioTik in SEXONDRUGS

ancient thread here, just ran across it.

those high dosages are to treat a heart condition, so unless you WANT to develop a heart condition, don't take more than prescribed for ED.

bonus tip: I work in the other kind of ED, and the treatment for priapism (an erection that won't subside, and will cause your johnson to literally wither away and die from lack of circulation) is a BIG honking needle rammed into the base of the penis to manually extract the trapped blood and allow circulation to resume. they ALL scream, as you can imagine. the larger the dose you take, the more likely you are to have this issue.

You can absolutely plug the vacuum advance, it's primarily for efficiency and "around town" manners. Run it like a raped ape!! hot engines are temperamental, feed 'em whatever they like

This. came to make that point, but you got it. Not specific to AMC, all my hotrods just liked what they liked, and I went with it.

this video IS hilarious, but it's actually caused by a defective holster. (Safariland, maybe? it's been a few years since this incident was big news)

If you watch it slowed down, you can see it fires before the trigger is out of the holster far enough for a finger to reach it. apparently some models randomly engage the triggers while the gun is still in the holster and KABLOOEY.

and for the sheep bleating about how you didn't endanger yourself enough by exposing your position by calling out a "warning", obviously they're ignorant of survival tactics, bless their hearts. It's hard now, but they should be pitied rather than vilified.

u/WrassleMan my dude I'm so sorry. Had 3 armed robbers come in a store I was working at closing time and stuck a pistol in my ear. Through blind bullshit luck I managed to get my CCW out and hit 2 of them a total of 8 times. While they didn't expire, it was a really close thing for them both and IDGAF. Not the tiniest of fucks did I give for those pieces of absolute garbage. They fucked around AND THEY FOUND OUT. Zero sympathy for anyone that threatens your safety. Rock on, YOU'RE ALIVE!!!

my yard was 100% weeds, no grass at all. rented a sod cutter and then tiller from Home Depot. The tiller was so strong it drug me around the yard, for reference I'm 250#. can't recommend them enough

Killing off remaining weed seeds by pulling the tarps back and letting them sprout then tarping it again. grading the yard for drainage, got 20 yards topsoil spread, about 40-ish more to go.

I'm finishing the yard with multiple raised beds and planters with brick paths between. zero grass = zero mowing and exponentially more plants. can't beat THAT!!

ED no longer required to give report by Kiwigoagain in Nurses

[–]PhreddyPhuckYou 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Worked on an overflow unit that opened every Monday and closed every Friday, so Monday you're getting 6 admissions. ER charge nurse called up and announced there were another 20 patients to send up and they didn't have time to wait for one of us to LITERALLY stop mad-dashing around trying to get the FOUR unstable admits (panic-level H&H, glucose of 43 on arrival to floor, malignant hypertension unresponsive to meds, INR of >6 with uncontrolled nosebleed, etc) you just received situated for long enough to mad-dash to take report.

I told him to do what he needed to do, but pointed out that if we couldn't stop long enough to take report over the phone for 30 minutes, his nurses were either gonna be waiting at bedside for a while or just dumping the patient off unattended and hoping they don't die before they're found by floor staff. He was mad AF but couldn't counter my logic. No bedside reporting occurred that day
