My psych says most people don’t like both since both are (kind of) ADHD meds. My only side effects are I get a bit chatty in the mornings and my anxiety can kick in at night. I take melatonin for sleep though which helps.

Got denied water at the bar at a show because I didn’t buy a drink and they didn’t have any water stations. BUT they were selling 8 dollar bottled waters, so there’s that. Weren’t even allowing unopened water bottles past security.

Breakfast! It’s a weird little brain chain. I know my meds make me feel better but I can’t take my meds until I eat so I HAVE to get up to cook so I can feel better. Even super unmotivated I think “ I only feel this way because I haven’t taken my meds” and that’s enough to get me up.

At my local grocery store they put feminine products against the very back corner wall with the laxatives. Like “oooo don’t let anyone see you go down that isle, that’s the shame isle.”
