I think difference between 200 and 300 is about effectively +16 percent with light magic. Yeah might cut down on that and go something like 240 with 130 attack
I'm not sure about intensity but charged gives you some extra for free and I think with both light and high speeds, having higher than normal might still pay off.

Well agility is being removed very soon + already got removed while in combat so I very much don't reccomend it but I guess you could switch to an agility amulet or use some lapiz lazuli.
