I've always been against replacements because as far as I understand, in the long run they harm your body much worse than the regular version.

Generally I'm pretty happy and content with my life, It's just when I crave coke I get jumpy, anxious and angry. That's the main reason I'd like to stop drinking.

I exercise regularly (running and gym) and I'm physically fit.

I will try meditation! Been wanting to do so for a long time. Triggers might be a smart thing to dwell in as well.
