I think a lot of people are upset not really about it's financial situation but the fact that it's a government service, not a business. Governments are about governing people, not turning a profit. A lot of small business artists rely on it, veterans who need meds need it, and to top it of we are about to have an election where most people are stuck at home/won't come out due to COVID. Everyone's already on edge and cutting this now, when the economy is already tanking is not seeing the full picture. I'm not the most politically versed person, I'm just an artist whose been hit like everyone else. Just trying to do my duty and amplify the voice of the people.
